Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP terhadap jumlah daun, tinggi daun, dan jumlah akar pisang raja bulu secara in vitro. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Banggai pada Agustus - Oktober 2015, menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap satu faktor dengan enam taraf perlakuan yaitu BAP (M1=0,1 Ppm; M2 = 1,0 Ppm; M3 = 0,2 Ppm; M4 = 2,0 Ppm; M5 = 0,3 Ppm; M6 = 3,0 Ppm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian BAP pada berbagai konsentrasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah daun pada minggu ke-4 sampai ke-10 setelah tanam, dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhada jumlah tunas dan jumlah akar.
